Chapter of the Month (COM) award for January 2010

We are proud to announce that the ASTD-RTA Chapter has achieved

the highest award in the Sharing Our Success (SOS) recognition program:

This award recognizes our chapter's achievements in the CORE element of membership, SOS submission acceptance, and strengthening the chapter for innovation and growth.  According to National, our efforts demonstrate a “replicable format for other chapters around the country to adopt and improve chapter's business.” Chapter of the Month is an honor that National states is “well deserved by your chapter and much coveted by other chapters.” The Chapter is given an award package which includes, among other things, a free ASTD Learning System, a check for $250 and a letter from Tony Bingham (ASTD President and CEO).

Our chapter is now showcased on the National ASTD homepage and appears on the Chapter of the Month (COM) webpage.  Recognition will also be given at the ASTD Leader Conference (ALC) program in October.
